Day 1 Workshops:
1. Unleashing You with Siris Rivas and Tara McCallam
Are you wrapped up, weighed down and knotted by the points of view running in your head and all around you. We will play with props as we partner together to ‘see’ the points of view and unravel the ties they have in our lives. What if playing with points of view and connection with each other could create freedom? Come and find out!
2. Stop Judging Your Body with Helen Gitlevich
What if you could look in the mirror and like what you see? What if you enjoy every bite of food you ate? What if you actually acknowledged your gifts?
This class is about learning simple and effective tools of Access Consciousness. It can help you get out of your habit of judging what you do, what you eat and how you look. It is about clearing old patterns and programming that no longer work but we keep repeating them.
3. Brainwaves and Breath - Connecting with Universal Life Force Energies
with Julie Sanford
Experience two powerful yet simple energetic modalities—ThetaHealing and Quantum-Touch. Connect with high energy frequencies to achieve significant healing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
You will learn how to access the Theta brainwave frequency (deep relaxation) through guided meditation. While in this state, you are able to access your subconscious and connect to Source in order to shift, change and heal anything in your life.
You will also be introduced to Quantum-Touch. This hands-on technique uses various breathing and body-awareness exercises to generate Life Force Energy to facilitate healing. You will work with a partner to amplify the body’s ability to heal itself, clear energetic blockages and alleviate pain
In addition to all that fun there will be practitioners available for private sessions (see below for details) should you desire to choose them and a Welcome Dinner after the first day!

Painting Beyond this Reality Healing Arts class for the second part of the day.
Tara invites you to play with paint and water, tapping into your creativity and potency in whatever way it shows up. What if playing with paint could actually unlock what’s holding you back and give you the keys to more fun and vibrancy in your life? Are you willing to get out of your own way and receive whatever shows up on the canvas and in your life?!
You will walk away with certificates for Access Bars® and for the Access Body Process class not to mention that you will be walking away lighter and clearer with the potency and vision to choose what will expand your life with ease, joy and abundance. Access Consciousness® is a set of tools to create ease in all areas of your life, including your body. With the body process we activate specific energies to create that change. We don't have any expectations or point of view on what the outcome of the session is going to be as this will create a limitation on how much can be accomplished in the session.
Body Processes sessions will be selected according to the individual's body the day of the event.
